Well, it's been a minute. Hi Beautiful Souls! A lot has happened since I last wrote—some incredibly challenging, some deeply beautiful. My mom passed away. Then, just nine months later, my mother-in-law. In between, my husband and I faced serious health scares. For a while, we barely had a moment to breathe, let alone process or heal. We were constantly moving—handling family business, putting out fires, managing responsibilities that weren’t even our own. I had to step away from seeing clients because my plate was overflowing, and honestly, I was physically and emotionally drained. On top of that, my corporate life wasn’t exactly a safe haven. While I was surrounded by many wonderful, supportive people, the toxic ones held the most power. And because they had to protect themselves, even my good people couldn’t fully be there for me. It was a tough, exhausting season. But now, with some of the family matters settled, I feel more like me again—older, wiser, and clearer about what I want and who I allow into my life. And that, I realize, is the greatest gift that came from all of it. I’m more determined than ever to create a life that’s both joyful and healthy, now that I have more space to do so. And through it all, something truly wonderful happened--my son found the love of his life and got engaged! Not only have we gained a beautiful future daughter-in-law, but we’ve also found a new, loving family. In the midst of grief and transition, love found its way in, reminding us that even in our hardest moments, life has a way of bringing us unexpected joy. Through everything, my healing practice never left me. Even when I had to step away, I still found ways to use my gifts—coaching people in my corporate life, helping them navigate job searches, life transitions, and even deeper soul work. I’ve always known that guiding others is part of my calling. But first, I had to focus on healing myself. So today, I’m setting a challenge:
Each day, I’ll share something—a lesson, an insight, or maybe just the simple fact that I showed up. Because whether it’s profound or uneventful, it’s all part of the journey, right? In the meantime, I’d love to connect with you. Right now, I’m offering remote sessions in:
If you’d like to book a session, email me at [email protected]. There’s so much more to come, and I’m so excited to be back on track. I’ve missed you. Much love, Emily xx
